Gluten-related health problems have been labelled as a health craze by some, while others with serious conditions, such as Coeliac disease, which can be life-threatening. There are a number of different types of gluten intolerance and all of these are discussed throughout the course.

People can suffer with gluten-related problems for most of their lives. Lethargy, skin problems, mood problems, and even seizures have been related to grain consumption, by many careful studies, which are explored within the course.

During this course we will help you to recognise any gluten related symptoms in your own life, carry out trials for allergy and intolerance, along with how to make changes in your diet to go gluten-free easily and for the long-term.

Each of the modules are written on an interactive basis, with exercises and activities to help you learn about the subject in great detail, but it also teaches you about how your diet may be affecting you and your mind-set. By studying this course you will receive a carefully created mix of advice, exploration, education, and suitable resources to aid with your quest for gluten-free living.
