Account Manager

Juice are delighted to be working with an expanding food manufacturer, based in Frome, who are looking for an Account Manager to join their sociable team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience in wholesale food, as well as account management, to take the next step and progress their career for a reputable company.

DAY TO DAY:

• Process telephone and email orders and enquiries.
• Monitor forecasts and orders and communicate and analyse where changes are required.
• Issue weekly KPI reports and report trends/issues internally and externally.
• Assess, record and communicate promotional activity.
• Monitoring and reporting sales and volume information to the business on a timely basis.
• Attend customer appointments as and when required.
• Analyse the market and competitors.
• Support other aspects of the business where necessary.
• Manage the daily / weekly / monthly correspondence and data expected from all customers.
• Achieve sales & profit targets for each customer.
• Keep the monthly / quarterly / annual forecasts up to date and communicated.
• Assist with the maintenance of the company website and internal and external branding including customer and supplier presentations / sales material.

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

• Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Administrative skills, able to record and analyse data.
• Effective communication skills, both internally and externally.
• Time management skills and attention to detail.
• Able to efficiently prioritise workload.
• Keep the monthly / quarterly / annual forecasts up to date and communicated.
• Assist with the maintenance of the company website and internal and external branding including customer and supplier presentations / sales material.
