Hoop Professional Services has an excellent opportunity, for an experienced Administrator, to join a highly renowned organisation, on a part time basis (17.5 hrs), based in Cardiff, for 3 months. This is a very exciting organisation to join!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative services.
  • Maintain records on SharePoint and company drives.
  • Manage suppliers and vendors
  • Assist with transport compliance and vehicle records.
  • Support building maintenance and contractor liaison.
  • Administer stock levels
  • Raise invoices and PO’s

Essential Skills:

  • Proven administrative experience.
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong communication and time management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and adaptability.

Desirable Skills:

  • Ability to speak Welsh.

Salary: £25,000 per annum
