We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Manager to join our dealership in the Warwickshire area. This role will see you use your sales management experience to lead the team in providing a high quality service for our customers.

Key duties and responsibilities of the Sales Manager

  • Managing the team of Vehicle Sales Executives.
  • Leading and motivating the team to meet sales targets on vehicles and finance and insurance products
  • Liaising with customers, both face-to-face and by phone/email
  • Working to market vehicles and services on offer both in the dealership and online
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction index scores are consistently high
  • Handling any customer complaints in an efficient and effective way
  • Collating finance proposals for customers

Required Skills and Experience
You must be well presented, enjoy meeting new people, possess strong communication skills and have the determination and enthusiasm to succeed in a fast moving environment. You will need to be 100% focused on providing all customers with a world-class purchase experience whilst achieving all sales objectives. You will be part of an energetic team where your talents will be appreciated and rewarded.

  • Experience with Automotive sales is a must.
  • Excellent relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to meet a goal
  • A calm and professional manner
