Salary - up to £31,000 DOE
Hours - Monday - Friday 9.00am – 1700hrs ( however, our client is flexible )
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading insurance brokerage as a Commercial Account Handler. Located in Staffordshire, our client’s team of insurance experts are dedicated to providing tailored insurance solutions to clients in the Construction Industry.
As a Commercial Account Handler, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients, clients. Meeting their everyday insurance needs and securing their business year on year.
Duties
- Handling day-to-day administration
- Mid-Term Adjustments i.e. Additions, Deletion, Amendments
- Renewal Broking, and General Insurance queries.
- Writing renewal reports and inviting renewals.
- Building rapport with customers and addressing their insurance requirements.
- Ideally, you'll have a minimum of 2 years' experience in Commercial Insurance, although previous brokerage experience is not essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and broking skills are essential, along with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and strong attention to detail.
- Commitment, flexibility, and a drive to achieve both personal and company goals are key attributes.
