Salary from £40,000 - £200,000 (Will look at all experience up to Director Level)

About You:

This position presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Lawyer who has experience within the Bridging Finance market to join a fast-growing law firm. This will be working on behalf of property finance lenders,

The Ideal candidate for the Commercial Solicitor - Bridging Finance will:

  • Possess 2+ years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) with prior exposure to commercial law,
  • Demonstrate confidence in independently managing your own case load.
  • Have a proven ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment and adeptly manage client relationships.
  • Be capable of establishing new relationships.
  • Exhibit a visible passion for their role and a willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Showcase strong teamwork and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Be committed to delivering the highest standards of service to clients.
