DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE - BIRMINGHAM

FULL TIME - HYBRID

We have an exciting opportunity to join one of the largest Insurance Broking Groups in the World in the office in Birmingham.

Following internal promotions and significant growth by the business our clients are looking to bolster their team with an additional Development Executive. You will join a team of high performing, professional and client orientated Development Executives responsible for building and growing a portfolio of leading clients.

 THE ROLE

  • Provide insight and thought leadership within your dedicated sector and build profile through regular interaction with key stakeholders
  • Create your own brand within a supportive environment and leverage your contacts to create opportunity
  • Deliver sales and growth with a focus on your dedicated industry sector
  • Demonstrate strong team working ability in order to forge strong working relationships within the business to meet defined goals and targets
  • A platform to use your relationship building and stakeholder management skills in order to grow a portfolio of Corporate clients
  • To use your client management abilities to ensure excellent client retention
  • To drive quality, consistency and accuracy in all aspects of the sales process

 THE CANDIDATE

  • We are looking for someone with resilience, a can do attitude and a strong work ethic who is self-motivated and driven in their approach
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to present to clients and insurers
  • Stakeholder management skills up to and including senior executive level
  • Be able to generate leads and follow these up to build a strong pipeline of potential insurance clients
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

THE REWARD

  • Salary up to £60,000 depending on experience
