A great opportunity to join a consumer tech focused business as a Director of Analytics
THE COMPANY
The business is a leading consumer tech business focused on providing a tech service that they are delivering the best service and offerings to their end consumers.
specialising in membership business models offering discounts to it's customers.
Joining the business as a Director of Analytics, you will be a key member of the senior leadership team and be responsible for the businesses data strategy and execution across data science, insights, analytics engineering, and market research.
THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide strategic direction and vision for analytics, insights, data science and market research teams
- Work with the C-suite to help role out and align data initiatives within the business. These may span across marketing, commercial, product development, and customer experience
- Help deploy predictive models to help develop customer personalisation
- Spearhead the creation of actionable insights across the business
- Coach, develop and lead a growing team
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Previously worked in a consumer tech business/environment (B2C)
- Previously driven change in a business and championed data initiatives
- Previously worked in customer personalisation and leveraged predictive analytics to enhance customer journey/marketing personalisation
- Exceptional communication skills with gravitas for handling C-suite stakeholders
- Able to be hands-on to support the team when required
- Ideally looked after a multi-discipline team in terms of different areas of data (engineering, data science, product management)
