Having a strong foothold in the UK market, they have grown their offering internationally and now operate in almost 100 countries. A unique business they partner with some instantly recognisable brands to support their marketing campaigns.

Description

The Finance Director will be responsible for:

  • Manage the day to day running of the finance department
  • Support the commercial strategy
  • Leading and developing 2 direct reports
  • Preparation and ownership of the management reporting
  • Preparation of the annual statutory accounting
  • Develop the KPI analysis and reporting to support decision making
  • Lead the budget and forecasting process
  • Oversee all Tax accounting
  • Payroll

Profile

The Head of Finance will be:

  • A fully qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
  • Able to partner stakeholders at all levels and influence
  • Commercially minded
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to tell a story
  • Systems experience
  • Able to work to tight deadlines and manage work load independently
  • Demonstrable staff management experience

Job Offer

The Finance Director role comes with a competitive salary of £90,000-£100,000, bonus, pension, 23 days holiday, Birthday day off, hybrid working - 3 days in the office (2 days working from home), and much more!
