Overview:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager or Financial Controller to oversee the Finance Department of a rapidly growing commercial business in Richmond. The ideal candidate must be a highly organised and a strong communicator, with prior experience gained within an international SME. Any experience with luxury goods could prove advantageous.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Taking responsibility of reviewing monthly financial reports and ensuring accuracy

  • Providing regular feedback and reports to senior management

  • Leading preparation of budgets and projections

  • Managing relationships with outsourced bookkeepers and accountants located in international territories

  • Managing KPI metrics, reports and dashboards

  • Controlling inventory and oversight of order management systems

  • Monitoring day-to-day financial operations within the company, including invoicing

  • Assuming responsibility for, and maintaining accountancy software (Xero)


Requirements:

  • Fully Qualified Accountant ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent

  • Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables & VLookups

  • Accuracy and strong attention to detail is essential

  • Experienced working with SMEs with international offices

  • Happy to work onsite 5 days a week
