THE ROLE: FLOAT LEGAL SECRETARY

LOCATION: HERTFORD/ENFIELD/HODDESDON

REF NO: L4L1060

Our multi-service client law firm, with 3 offices in Hertfordshire is now looking for a Float Legal Secretary in providing holiday/additional cover across the firm in all areas.

The successful candidate will have worked in a variety of practice areas and would be willing to go between offices to cover when needed. Not only will you be asked to cover secretarial work but also general administrative duties and to cover reception on occasion.

It is essential to have the flexibility of moving around, on an as and when basis to cover support for fee earners in areas of; Private Client, Family, Conveyancing, Personal Injury and Employment Law. (some if not all experience will be considered).

You will enjoy a mix of case files in different areas of law and must have accurate typing speeds for audio dictation together with some knowledge of case management systems.

Hours: 9-5.30pm

Holidays: Standard plus Bank Holidays and closed for Christmas

Start Date: ASAP

Salary:£dep on exp

Skills & Requirements. Must have experience as a Legal Secretary with knowledge of different areas of law; have good and accurate typing speeds; will need to be able to drive as the nature of the role is to move around frequently.
