Description

The key responsibilities of the Global HR and Payroll Coordinator include:

  • Oversee and manage the outsourced gloal payroll function for the organisation.
  • Ensure accurate computation, deduction, and remittance of statutory benefits.
  • Coordinate with HR for updates on employee records and policy changes.
  • Resolve payroll-related queries from employees and external bodies.
  • Administer the company's benefits programs, pioneering new ideas and collaborating with global business entities
  • Ensure compliance with the company's payroll and benefits policies and procedures.
  • Prepare regular payroll and benefits reports for senior management.
  • Lead one team member based in an overseas office.

Profile

A successful Global HR and Payroll Coordinator should have:

  • Prior experience in ideally within a global payroll setting
  • Proven expertise in payroll and benefits management.
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent knowledge of statutory benefits and compliance requirements.
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in using payroll & HR system software.
