As a Recruitment Consultant at Finlink, you’ll be instrumental in nurturing relationships, facilitating connections, and guiding professionals and businesses toward mutual success. Your focus will be on building lasting partnerships grounded in trust and support.

Competitive Salary Bands:

At Finlink, we believe in recognising your expertise and potential. Our salary bands reflect your experience and skill level:

• Graduate Recruitment Consultant: £23,000 - £25,000 - Ideal for those without recruitment or consultative sales-based backgrounds. Unlimited earnings, on target earnings £37,000

We have a structured plan in place to help you progress into the following:

• Recruitment Consultant: £25,000 - £30,000. Unlimited earnings, on target earnings £45,000
• Senior Recruitment Consultant: £30,000 - £35,000. Unlimited earnings, on target earnings £52,000
