The Company

Our client is an established, specialist manufacturing company with its head office based in Birmingham; experiencing dramatic growth over the last few years they have an excellent reputation in their market working with customers internationally.

The Role

An exceptional opportunity to join our clients finance team as Interim Financial Controller.

In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the overseas business units for a number of different cost centres. Working closely with both finance and non-finance stakeholders in the business units, you will partner with sales and finance to ensure a robust, consolidated view of the numbers from the overseas units is delivered. You'll liaise daily with stakeholders across many different countries providing analysis and commentary to aid commercial decision making.

The Candidate

With a grounding in technical accounting, you will have developed your experience into a more commercially focussed Financial Controller role and have exceptional communication skills to work with stakeholders in different countries. A qualified accountant (ACMA, ACA, ACCA) you will have strong business partnering experience and proven success in strengthening financial processes and systems and delivering process improvements. Experience working with overseas entities would be a distinct advantage.
