Lettings Manager
Our client is a leading property investment company offering UK and overseas investors prime investment opportunities in some of the UKs major cities.
They now seek a Lettings Manager for their busy office in Cheltenham.
Duties and responsibilities-
Management of current portfolio
Dealing with landlord and tenant queries
Advertising and letting new properties
Progressing tenancy applications
Assisting with paying out current landlords
Growing a team
Signing up new business
Some travel is also required
The role also offers some travel to Dubai and South Africa occasionally.
