We are thrilled to partner with a leading health care establishment dedicated to elevating the health and welfare of the communities it serves. Currently, we are on the lookout for a Temporary Patient Pathway Support to join their team in Croydon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming telephone calls regarding paediatric blood test appointments.
  • Utilise Cerner software to book patients in for appointments accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate appointment schedules to ensure optimal utilisation of resources.
  • Liaise with health care professionals to facilitate seamless booking processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient appointments and relevant information.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and their care givers.
  • Assist in administrative tasks related to the booking process as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience using Cerner software is essential.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Empathy and professionalism when interacting with patients and colleagues.
  • Relevant experience in a health care or administrative role is advantageous.
