What will you be doing? 

Campaign strategy and execution:

  • Lead the development and execution of the overall performance marketing strategy, aligning it Lifetime’s goals and KPIs.
  • Delegate, oversee the creation of, and support in the delivery of where required, detailed campaign execution plans across SEO, content, paid media, and events channels.
  • Manage your team to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of all campaign elements.
  • Foster collaboration across internal teams (business development, partnerships, sales enablement, and internal communications) to achieve seamless campaign execution.

Lead generation and growth:

  • Oversee the development and implementation of data-driven targeting strategies for campaigns, aligned with key buyer personas.
  • Empower the marketing team to execute and optimise paid media campaigns across platforms, driving targeted traffic and lead generation and getting hands on where required.
  • Analyse campaign performance data (impressions, clicks, conversions) to identify areas for improvement and guide optimisation strategies.
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives and implement data-driven optimisations to maximise campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Lead your team in generating regular reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Content and performance optimisation:

  • Coordinate the creation of high-quality, engaging content that aligns with campaign goals, harnesses the efficiencies of generative artificial intelligence, and engages the target audience.
  • Lead your team in managing content distribution across designated channels and platforms.
  • Analyse content performance metrics (engagement, downloads, leads generated) to identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Work with your team to develop and implement data-driven content optimisation strategies that improve performance.
  • Manage the continual optimisation of the group websites to maximise search performance including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and other SEO software working with external partners as required.

Building and leading a high-performing team:

  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment within your performance marketing team.
  • Mentor, coach, and empower team members to develop their skills and maximise their potential.
  • Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring clear ownership and accountability for achieving campaign goals.

Communication & Collaboration:

  • Champion clear and transparent communication within the team and across departments.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and partners (paid media platforms, event organisers, SEO partners) to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Present campaign performance data and insights to stakeholders in a compelling and informative way, securing buy-in and support.

What will you bring to the role?

  • Evidenced experience in performance marketing and/or PPC
  • Experience in activating adverts across social media (LinkedIn, Meta, and TikTok) and search (Google and Bing)
  • Evidenced ability to track KPIs and present insights
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to analyse data and provide insights on digital marketing performance
  • A collaborative and knowledge sharing mindset
  • Proficiency in paid media tools and analytics platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
