Job Opportunity: Teaching Assistant (Full-Time, Fixed Term) in Tunbridge Wells

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students? We're seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant for a fixed-term contract in Tunbridge Wells.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with the potential to become permanent.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and assist the class teacher
- Assist in the planning and delivery of educational activities
- Support classroom management and promote positive learning environments
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to meet the individual needs of students

Requirements:
- Enthusiasm for working with children and supporting their educational journey
- Willingness to work with SEN students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and committed to the role
