Castlefield are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and be proficient in using computer software such as QuickBooks and Google Suite.

Role:

The role will suit an experiencedcandidate who is immediately available for work on a temporary basis.

Duties:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner

- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents

- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed

- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members

- Coordinate meetings and conference room bookings

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Person:

- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred

- Proficiency in using computer software such as QuickBooks, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office

- Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
