Resident Services Manager - Build to Rent
Salary: Up to £31,500 + £4,000 car allowance + Discretionary bonus

Our client:

Cobalt are pleased to be representing one of the industry's leading BTR focused businesses, to help with their recruitment for a Resident Services Manager to have the oversight of part of their company's portfolio.

This business has a leading reputation across the property industry, and have a great growth trajectory within the sector, bringing on some of the finest rental accommodation in the UK.

The role:

In this role, you will be a pivotal member of the property management team, ensuring that residents receive an excellent service, that the buildings are maintained and managed efficiently to the company standard, and the team works as one.

Responsibilities include:

  • Face to face resident interaction, building a good relationship and rapport with customers ensuring they feel welcome, safe and at home.
  • Conducting customers viewings and tours.
  • Coordinating maintenance and liaising with contractors regarding reactive works.
  • Undertaking pre-let inspections and scheduled property inspections.
  • Building security and resident administration in line with GDPR.
  • Logging and reporting all Health and Safety tasks.
  • Administrative duties predominantly revolving around reports producing system reports.
