Are you a proactive, relationship-driven sales professional? Our client is seeking a dynamic Consultative Sales Manager to join their innovative team! Our client is open to someone with at least a years previous experience working for high ticket value

Once trained, hybrid working available (3 days in the office, 2 at home)

Duties:

  • Demonstrate leadership to the team in the role and be open to line management possibilities as the business grows in scale.
  • Consistently hit sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships or new products and services.
  • Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them.
  • Pitching sales and products to new and existing clients.
  • Negotiating pricing with customers, and supplirs in some cases.
  • Qualify leads, working with estimating team to develop a price, send out a quote and imporove the follow up process to improve conversion rate and speed.
  • Maintaining existing and developing new partnerships to build new income streams through referrals.
  • Planning, preparing and delivering presentations, both in house on site to our clients.
  • Thinking strategically, seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
  • Support the MD, CD or Founder on strategy and overall business direction
  • Creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities
  • Find ways to build and nuture developer and other B2B channel relationships
  • Process a strong understanding of the company’s products, the competition in the industry and positioning.
  • 20% of the job will encompass marketing, content creation and management of social media channels, google ads and website.
  • Support the development of new materials, info graphics, banners, sales literature, show reels.
