Sales Progressor

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Progressor to join a market leader within the property industry, based in the town of Leighton Buzzard. For this role, it is integral you have a core understanding of the local area. Previous property or conveyancing experience is essential.

Within this role you will be responsible for managing the back-end sales process, taking the property from offer accepted, through to exchange and completion.

This a full time role, and fully office based, with NO remote or hybrid working.

Working Hours:

• 09:00am - 17:30pm, Monday to Thursday, and every other Saturday. These hours are fixed, with no flexibility.

Duties:

• Processing and progressing all agreed sales through to completion.
• Liaising with other estate agents, mortgage advisor's and solicitors.
• Providing all relevant parties with accurate updates on the progress of the sale/purchase.
• Handling in-bound enquires.
• Supporting with business leads, referrals and customer service.
• Assisting the office with all administrative duties.
• Working to deadlines, targets and KPI's.

Essential Skills Required:

• Sales Progression or Conveyancing experience is ESSENTIAL.
• Strong communication skills, with excellent interpersonal skills.
• A natural instinct for problem solving and impeccable organisation skills are essential.
• A persuasive can do approach with excellent attention to detail is needed for this role along with the ability to prioritise and manage a diverse case-load.
• The ability to problem solve, think on your feet, and rapport building skills are a must.
• UK driving licence, with a car available is preferred.
