Specialist Cleaning Operative

Position: Industrial Cleaning Operative

Location: National - Head office in York

This position will suit an organised, physically fit individual with an eye for detail. The main purpose of the role is to ensure duties are carried out to a high standard whilst adhering to defined procedures and health and safety regulations.

The role includes the following tasks:

• Delivering a first-class service to our clients within the hospitality and retail industry by ensuring that all deep cleaning duties are carried out to the highest standard and in line with Company and Client procedures
• Carpet cleaning (using our truck mounted system), experience useful but non-essential carpet cleaning will be your main job
• Jet washing (full training will be provided)
• High level Window cleaning (full training will be provided)
• Maintain and store all allocated equipment and ensure that appropriate, well-maintained, and properly serviced equipment is used at all times
• Adhere to Health and Safety regulations and legislation
• Adhere to Company and Client policies and procedures

About You:

To be successful in this role you will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Delivering first class customer service is paramount as customer care is a key element of the role as is the ability to work in a team along with the ability to work unsupervised.

A full UK driving licence and happy to drive a transit style van

Ideally you will have experience in working with truck mounts and attended IPAF or Pasma training.

Working Hours:

Monday - Thursday

• Minimum 40 hours per week plus overtime
