Sales Coordinator
Techunite Ltd are recruiting for a Sales Coordinator to join a global and leading technology solutions company. You will be supporting a variety of sales operation teams maintaining good customer relationships and contributing to the achievement of sales targets. This can be a worked as a remote based role. Key Responsibilities: Ensure orders are shared with the correct sales team member when received.Monitor the order processing system and ensure internal cases are being handled timely by the different departmentsHandling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries or customer escalationsGenerate quotes when required to assist sales team.Assist in qualifying new leads Key Experience and Skills Required: Highly motivated team playerSales knowledge is a plus.
