The One Minute Manager focusses on these areas -

  • One Minute Goal Setting - Set expectations from the beginning.
  • One Minute Praise - Focussing on how to tell people thay are doing something right.
  • One minute redirect - When an employee is not meeting a goal, it is identified and challenge swiftly, but also managed in a professional way.

This course helps managers and leaders to gain skills to take on challenges swiftly and effectively. It also helps them to motivate and engage their teams. Tasks get achieved more productively, and communcation becomes open and candid.
