Administration Assistant

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator with superb customer service skills to work for a Medical Business in the heart of Wilmslow. I am currently recruiting this role on an exclusive basis. This is a newly created role so the ideal candidate will have extensive Admin Experience with a professional and polished telephone manner.
Duties to include:
Making appointments - this involves calling the clients and booking appointments on via the In-House Portal
Preparation of clinics - this involves making sure the doctor has everything they require, and all clients have confirmed their attendance. Medical records are also checked at this point.
Sending out GP reports - this involves proofreading the more simple of the reports and issuing an invoice. These are both then attached to the portal and sent to the solicitor.

Excellent IT knowledge
Prepared to go the extra mile
Polished and well presented with an excellent telephone manner
You must be able to get to Wilmslow daily to the office to be considered for this role. The role is fully office based in a friendly sociable team. Hours are 8am-4pm or 9-5pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch. Please note there is no parking on site but the office is easily commutable by public transport or parking is a 5 min walk to the office.
This is a great opportunity for someone with drive and excellent telephone/admin skills.
Full training will be provided.so the ability to pick things up quickly is essential and of course attention to detail is key in this role.
