Business Development Manager

Location - Remote / Southwest / Bristol / Reading

£35,000 basic with £70,000 OTE

We have an opportunity for a Business Development Manager to work with our client, a Unified Communications business that is focused on delivering the optimal communications services for their clients.

Working as part of the business development team you across the UK you will be driving new business from a mix of self-generated and pre-qualified leads. This would suit someone who is based in the South, Bristol or Reading areas. Day-to-day you will be responsible for:

  • Attend Regular Sales and training days to ensure a solid grasp on the products and solutions available to prospective customers
  • Confidently deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Mange your own pipeline and be able to provide your own forecast

To be considered for the role of Business Development Manager you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Driven sales person with a desire to succeed and achieve targets
  • Experience within telecoms sales
  • Confidence in managing and leading the sales process from initial call through to close
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapport

If successful you can expect a salary of £35,000k plus car or car allowance and OTE of £70k with the chance to increase earning potential with accelerators for overachieving target. There is also the opportunity for career progression along with a company pension and private healthcare.
