Catering Assistant
  • Hourly Rate: £14.00
  • Location: Woodbridge
  • Job Type: Temporary (1 week, possibly extending to 2 weeks)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:50am - 8:00pm

We are looking for a dedicated Catering Assistant to join our client's team on a temporary basis for a 1-week assignment, which may extend to 2 weeks. The ideal candidate will be an early riser, ready to start the day providing excellent food service and support to our catering operations.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Assist in the preparation and service of food and beverages.
  • Help with the setup and clearing of tables and dining areas.
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment and areas are clean and hygienic.
  • Support the kitchen staff with the receiving and storage of deliveries.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a catering or food service role is preferred.
  • Good understanding of hygiene and food safety rules.
  • Ability to work efficiently and keep calm under pressure.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.

Due to location, you will need to have your own vehicle as it is not accessible via public transport.
