Are you a seasoned Commercial Manager seeking a dynamic role in the water industry? Our client, a prominent tier 1 contractor in the water sector, is in search of an adept individual to assume the role of Commercial Manager covering the Anglian Water region.

Role Overview: As the Commercial Manager, you will be a pivotal figure within our team, directly reporting to the Senior Management. You will be responsible for overseeing all commercial aspects of projects within the Anglian Water region, ensuring profitability, and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead commercial activities from project inception through to completion, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines
• Collaborate with project teams to develop commercial strategies and identify opportunities for cost optimisation
• Manage contractual agreements and negotiate terms with suppliers and subcontractors
• Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting to stakeholders, highlighting potential risks and opportunities
• Provide guidance and support to project managers on commercial matters, including claims management and dispute resolution
• Foster positive relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for all commercial inquiries and issues
• Stay abreast of industry trends and regulations, integrating best practices into commercial processes and procedures
