Description
- Overseeing financial aspects of construction projects
- Processing invoices and managing payments
- Preparing and submitting VAT returns
- Executing cost analyses and setting budgets
- Monitoring project expenditures and forecasting future costs
- Collaborating with project managers to optimise financial planning
- Producing financial reports for senior management
- Ensuring financial compliance throughout construction projects
Profile
A successful Construction Accountant should have:
- A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- CIS Experience
- Knowledge of construction accounting principles
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Capability to handle large data sets and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with various departments
