We are working with one of the leading online goods ordering business to support them in finding an exceptional Corporate Account Manager to lead the relationship with a number of their key clients.

** This role is remote but will suit a person who is based in the West / East Midlands or Buckinghamshire general location **

As a Corporate Account Manager, you will look after a select client group and your responsibilities will include building relationships with strategic clients setting and monitoring volume plans, educating clients on delivery of service and work closely with these clients to improve the service delivered by our client.

This is a pure Account Management role (no sales, upsell or cross sell) and we need a seasoned, credible and highly capable account manager who is used to working into senior leadership vendor / relationship managers within large scale organisations.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Working with the corporate clients, managing a portfolio of relationships.
  • Building and communicating growth and account plans to the businesses and working with the client help plan and forecast volumes (weekly, monthly and quarterly).
  • Work with the inhouse operations to ensure client change requests are carried out at speed, accurately and delivered on time.
  • Developing meaningful relationships to help renew contracts and create opportunities within the relationship.
