Corporate Solicitor

• Location: Aberdeen

• Salary: Competitive, dependent on PQE level

• Job Type: Full-time, permanent

We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join our Aberdeen based client. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with experience in corporate and commercial law to handle a broad range of matters including private company acquisitions and disposals, private equity investments, de-mergers, restructurings, shareholder and joint venture agreements, and commercial contract advice.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Advise clients on a variety of corporate transactional and commercial contract matters.

• Work on private company acquisitions and disposals, private equity investments, and other corporate finance transactions.

• Assist with mergers, restructurings, shareholder and joint venture agreements.

• Provide clear and concise commercial contract advice.

• Communicate effectively with clients, providing high-quality legal counsel.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a Corporate role

• Strong experience in general corporate/commercial work.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal advice in a clear and understandable manner.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
