The Role

As a CRM Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Optimisation of the established communication channels and identify strategies to drive traffic through the website as well as in-store activity.
• Developing and planning email content and liaising with external agencies about the creative execution of the campaigns.
• Managing the data selection and testing and analysing the performance for any improvements within cost savings as well as reaching to maximise ROI.

Skills & Experience

To be successful as a CRM Coordinator, it would be great if you have experience:

• Working with and optimising the use of Customer Data Platforms in aim of optimising efficiencies.
• Managing projects.
• Working in Excel or any other platform to analyse data and provide insights.
