Do you have exceptional customer service skills within a car dealership or automotive industry?

Do you work within a fast paced environment and feel ready for a new challenge?

We are looking for a resilient and proactive Customer Service superstar to join a busy office in Portsmouth.

You will have a background as a customer service advisor or within a car dealership preferably.

You won't be afraid to get stuck in and communicate clearly with customers.

Your role will include:

  • Booking in maintenance
  • Providing timely updates to customers
  • Problem solving and prioritising busy workload
  • Liaising with colleagues in different teams

£34,000 DOE

Monday to Friday
