Are you ready to drive growth and excellence in the automotive industry? We're seeking a Dealer Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in analyzing, initiating, and developing our dealer network to optimize market exploitation and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement Ideal Network Planning in the Region.
  • Develop business cases for projects and guide dealers on necessary investments or risks.
  • Conduct full network coverage analysis and capacity planning, including competitor sites.
  • Coordinate projects with dealers, SME business units, and HQ, ensuring viability.
  • Ensure standards compliance by dealers through regular audits.
  • Conduct ongoing due diligence on Compliance Business Partners.
  • Activate showrooms and implement retail digital strategy innovations.
  • Coordinate annual business plans and reviews with Dealers and SME.
  • Implement and follow up on all Sales quality programs and processes.
  • Select and assess new sales consultants and oversee sales training strategies.

Key Competencies & Qualifications:

  • University Degree in Business Administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of automotive industry experience with sales and/or aftersales experience.
  • Good operational knowledge of automotive KPIs.
  • Strong project management skills, adapting and implementing strategies effectively.
