We have an exciting opportunity for an Employment Lawyer to join an established and expanding Employment Department in Tamworth. This established practise have a strong client base across the local area, and the West Midlands, and therefore enjoys a steady and varied stream of casework.

We are looking for an experienced, organised and highly motivated individual to join a busy and high performing team to further develop their skills and provide a quality legal service, acting for both claimants and respondents. 

The role provides the opportunity to take on a variety of work including:

  • Settlement agreements
  • Redundancy matters
  • Business re-organisations
  • Unfair dismissal claims
  • Equality and discrimination claims
  • Absence Management
  • Restrictive covenants
  • Contracts, policies and handbooks
The successful candidate will have a minimum of a years post qualification experience with both respondents and claimants. NQ's with relevant experience will also be considered.
