Meraki Talent is currently recruiting a Finance Administrator on a full-time permanent basis for one of our clients based in Glasgow. The Finance Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of financial processes within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment collection, and vendor/customer communications.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and update databases accordingly.
  • Prepare financial documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.
  • Generate financial reports and assist with budget preparation as needed.
  • Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance team, including filing, data entry, and correspondence management.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a finance or administrative role is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Basic understanding of financial principles and terminology.
