Are you an IT Support Analyst looking to be part of a forward-thinking and highly recognisable household brand in the UK?

Absolute Recruit are partnering exclusively with a dynamic and creative minded household name who are looking to grow their IT Support function. Reporting into their Head of IT, this IT Support Analyst will deal with tickets of varying nature from 1st to 2nd line, deskside support to users internally with the odd off-site visit.

The IT Support Analyst should be security minded and have a general appreciation for PCI, ISO or GDPR policies. This is a hugely creative environment which means you will be supporting users on both MAC OSx and Windows OS. You’ll need to build and deploy on both platforms.

The IT Support Analyst will be the first POC in the team; you’ll have to prioritise tickets, manage assets and stock levels whilst taking the lead for on-boarding and off-boarding users.

The IT Support Analyst will be working in the following technical environment:

• Windows and Mac Desktops (Slightly more weighted towards Macs)
• Google Workspace
• Meraki
• Active Directory and Office products.
• Windows Server
• Vmware (Hyper-V experience could be transferrable)

Any experience in the creative space or VIP support would be great but not essential. The most important thing is your customer/user focussed approach.
