Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor

Join this nationally recognized Construction team within the Real Estate Department!

We're hiring a Principal Associate Solicitor with 5+ years PQE to manage construction caseloads and assist team members.

Liverpool or Birmingham preferred, but other locations considered.

Key responsibilities include drafting contracts, managing disputes, and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of construction work
• Assisting team members with their caseloads of non-contentious construction work
• Drafting and negotiating contracts, appointments, and supporting documents
• Providing advice and carrying out other case handling duties
• Developing client relationships and identifying business opportunities
• Working in alignment with Weightmans’ and the client’s values
