 Executry Paralegal

• Location: Stirling

• Job Type: Full-time, permanent position

We are seeking an Executry Paralegal to join one of our Stirling based clients. They have an established Private Client and pride themselves on the service they provide clients. This role is ideal for a highly skilled Paralegal who is managing a busy Private Client caseload.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Attend client meetings and take detailed instructions.

• Register wills and conduct thorough investigations into estate assets.

• Communicate effectively with clients and third parties to gather all financial information and documentation required to progress each Executry.

• Prepare a comprehensive register of assets and debts, as well as inheritance tax forms.

• Prepare inventory for confirmation and apply to the court for confirmation.

• Assist with legal rights computations, prepare fee notes, and manage all associated administrative tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executry or Private Client Paralegal

• Strong understanding of the processes involved in estate administration.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of inheritance tax forms and legal rights computations.
