Practice Leader- Head of GMP
Oliver James is partnered with a leading pensions consultancy in the UK, who have seen continuous growth in 2024 and looking to continue with ambitious objectives. This consultancy is seeking a Practice Lead as Head of GMP.
This role provides opportunity to lead the Actuarial GMP team, leading a team of actuaries towards innovative solutions in GMP reconciliation, equalisation, and rectification for UK Defined Benefit Pension Schemes clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading a mid-sized team, with numerous direct reports- supporting on projects covering GMP.
- Provide high quality Actuarial and pensions expertise to clients
- To contribute to the generation of revenue from current client projects and new business development
Requirements:
- Essential to have experience managing and leading a successful team, working on numerous client projects
- Excellent commercial outlook, with the ability to communicate effectively
- Presentation skills
This is an excellent opportunity to step into a senior role, lead a team of technically sound actuaries and progress your career in a Head of role. This consultancy offers a fully remote working arrangement.
