Location: Edinburgh
Pertemps are recruiting a Property Administrator to join our client, an Edinburgh based Esatte Agent.
Responsibilities:
- Organiuse access to properties
- Liaise with contractors are relevant staff
- Support the distribution of service charge budgets
- Manage rates notification forms, liaise with local councils
- Communicate with relevant parties over change in tenancies
- Handle general queries from tenants, suppliers and contractors
- Support the production of client reports
About You:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within property or legal
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and property management software
- Knowledge of property laws and regulations is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
