An experienced barrister in property sought on a full-time permanent basis in North London area.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced barrister to join a growing dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent knowledge in property matters and be adept at working on cases under the Landlord and Tenants Act and providing advice on complex cases and transactions.

Responsibilities

Cases under the Landlord and Tenant Act
Lease renewals
Possession
Leasehold and enfranchisements
Leasehold agreements
Acting for developers
Advising on complex transactions

The Candidate

Qualified barrister with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in conveyancing
Excellent communication and client care skills
A skilled advocate
Attention to detail will be a key attribute
A team player who is equally comfortable working on their own initiative
