Real Estate Solicitor

• Location: Newcastle

• Salary: Competitive depending on PQE

• Job Type: Full-time, permanent

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Real Estate Solicitor to join our Newcastle based client. The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload, supervise junior fee-earners, and play a significant role in business development for the team.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Provide accurate and commercial property law advice to clients on a range of matters including sales, purchases, leasing, refinancing of business premises, commercial developments, and unit sales.

• Advise on pre-emption, option and promotion agreements, s106 Agreements, commercial licences, and easements.

• Manage matters from initial client contact through to completion.

• Generate new business for the firm and build strong client relationships.

• Network within the business community to develop a high profile for commercial work.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Current commercial property solicitor with a desire for career development.

• Self-starter with a passion for business development.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
