Senior Account Manager

Quest Search and Selection are partnering with this fast-growing, B2B online Publication within the FMCG, Consumer & Retail publication. This Senior Account Manager role will focus on selling industry leading digital products, building new relationships with clients wishing to target the retail industry.

The business has already created waves in the marketplace utilising new product and campaigns to engage our retail communities. The company has titles in the Food, Marketing, Grocery sectors.

The roles and responsibilities of this Senior Account Manager position :

1. Researching the marketplace to become a centre of knowledge in all areas.
2. Major focus on building contacts and developing new business relationships.
3. Promoting digital campaigns such as Webinars, Roundtables(Virtual and F2F), Content creation, Lead generation.
4. Interacting with clients via the phone, Video Call and Face to Face meeting.
5. Understanding client's explicit business needs and requirement.
6. Creating bespoke and targeted proposals to meet the needs of your clients.
7. Making sure targets are met consistently.
8. Undertaking competitor analysis, identifying current trends and future opportunities.
9. Daily contact with clients, to request information, get approvals etc.

Experience and skills required for this Senior Account Manager position :

1. 5+ years' experience within Publication Sales ideally.
2. Experience in Sales, Account Management and Business Development - Consultative approach
3. Has experience of pitching to clients on video or face to face meeting.
4. Able to juggle multiple projects at a time, whilst maintaining sharp attention to detail
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills
