Senior Domestic Energy Assessor

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Domestic Energy Assessor to join one of the UK's top built environment consultancy. The successful candidate will become a key point of contact for clients in an ever-changing sector and will be based in their offices in London.

Role responsibilities include:

  • Undertake appointments on site briefings and the coordination of surveyors
  • Help set up the testing of devices for data collection
  • Take the lead on new projects and pilot surveys for testing systems
  • Carry out general energy assessments for residential projects

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A DEA accreditation with experience and knowledge of construction technology in relation to residential housing
  • Experience with stock condition surveying would be beneficial
  • Computer literate and overall good educational background
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
