CMA Recruitment Group is delighted to be supporting our client based in Weymouth, Dorset who are currently looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a short-term temporary basis.

What will the Temporary Accounts Assistant role involve?

  • Processing purchase ledger and sales ledger invoices;
  • Carrying out reconciliations of company bank accounts;
  • Process employee expenses and transactions on company credit cards.
  • Prepare and post journal entries.

Suitable Candidate for the Temporary Accounts Assistant vacancy:

  • Strong knowledge of transactional accounts;
  • Previous experience of SAGE 200 would be advantageous;
  • Confident user of Excel and accounting systems;
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal across, happy to interact across all levels of the business.

Additional benefits and information for the role of Temporary Accounts Assistant:

  • Salary range between £12.50 and £14.50 per hour;
  • Free parking;
  • Opportunity for assignment to be extended or to become permanent.
