You will be tasked with assisting the business in sourcing candidate’s profiles to screen and apply to our client vacancies. The role will see you analysing candidate’s profiles, business profiles. You will become a successful search-based Analyst utilising Boolean logic to uncover those hard-to-reach candidates, engaging them via email/phone/LinkedIn/job-boards etc, presenting them with a career (and possibly life) changing opportunities.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Use selected sites and platforms to search, resource and connect with top financial individuals and create beneficial contact networks.
  • Understand the importance of self-development, researching and learning the specifics of certain types of business models, financial products, and position hierarchy in order to further your industry knowledge and skillset.
  • Develop candidate and client facing opportunities where possible.
  • Be a highly dependable person to all parties (the business, clients, and candidates).
  • Work closely with management to develop and refine process models.
  • Become a recognised 'go to’ specialist within your chosen area.
  • Ensure a first-class execution on all client vacancies with the help of seniors.
  • Proactively network and become a strong, enthusiastic ambassador for the brand.
