We are partnered with a top 10 accounting firm in Tunbridge Wells to hire an Assistant Audit Manager to join their dedicated team.

As an Assistant Audit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading audit engagements and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled auditor looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
·Must have access to your own vehicle and be within a commutable distance of their offices in West Kent.
·Assisting in the planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements for a diverse client portfolio.
·Reviewing financial statements, audit reports, and working papers to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
·Supervising and coaching audit team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
·Building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service delivery.
·Contributing to the development of audit methodologies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:
·Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with good level of audit experience.
·Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and regulations.
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and team members.
·Leadership abilities with a proactive and collaborative approach.
·Prior experience in managing audit engagements and supervising junior staff is desirable.
