Are you a raw materials Buyer looking for a new role within a busy and expanding manufacturing based business?

We have an excellent opportunity for our client in the Telford area; they are seeking a hardworking, focussed, dedicated raw materials Buyer to join their business. This is a permanent contract, working 8:45am-5pm paying £30 - £35k per annum. If this sounds like you then please apply now!

Your new role:

  • Expediting Purchase orders
  • Maintaining physical stock levels to ensure materials are in accordance with the manufacturing schedule
  • Management and implementation of Call off Orders and Pricing agreements
  • Attend daily meetings to review project progression, offering solutions if required
  • Operate within company procedures

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • SAP system knowledge is desired
  • Production focused with positive and energetic disposition
  • Commercial awareness to achieve purchasing objectives
  • Degree qualified would be preferred but not essential
